Volunteer Dublin — One County, Four Centres

What we want is simple: to make Dublin a great place to volunteer.

All four Dublin Volunteer Centres are working on something together for the first time — over 30 of us, four teams, one exciting new chapter for volunteering in Dublin.

Why now

Volunteering has changed. How people give their time, what they care about, what they need from us — none of it looks like it did a few years ago. We used to plan alone, volunteer centre by volunteer centre. We think Dublin deserves better than that.

What we're here to do
“Make volunteering easier and more impactful — for everyone, everywhere in Dublin.”

What we want volunteering in Dublin to be

Bigger

More people, more communities, all across Dublin.

Better

Done well, and done together.

Easier to get into

No matter who you are or where you're starting from.

In step with today

Keeping pace with how people want to help right now.

Genuinely useful

For volunteers, for the groups who need them, and for Dublin.

What's driving us

Not words on a page — the standard we hold each other to, every day.
